Here is the problem: when the user tries to access his/her email using the Webmail client of Lotus Domino, he/she gets the error message: “Domino Web Access Warning. Sorry, we were unable to process your request at this time. If you are unable to continue working in your mail file, please dismiss this warning and then select View, Refresh from your browser’s menu.”

This is a Web Browser issue.

1. Make sure you are running Internet Explorer version 6.

2. In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools pull-down menu and select Internet Options.
1. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click on Settings.
2. Click on View Objects.
3. Delete the iNotes6 class file.
4. Verify that Java Runtime Environment is not listed as gDamaged.h If it is damaged, reinstall Java from http://www.java.com.
5. Close the Downloaded Program Files window. Click on OK and OK to close the Internet Options window.
6. Restart Internet Explorer.

2. In the HTTP 1.1 section, uncheck Use HTTP 1.1.

2. In the Security section, uncheck Do not save encrypted pages to disk.
3. Click on OK.

5. In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools pull-down menu and select Internet Options. The settings under the Privacy and Security tabs should be set to default.
